Wild Fire

Art by John Robert Beck

This art was created in 2007. Wild Fire was done using forms on the 30 – 60 degree angle (triangles, hexagons, diamonds, etc.). The art was inspired by a mural that is in the Price Tower in Bartlesville, OK. The Price Tower is the only “Skyscraper” that Frank Lloyd Wright designed that was built. The mural was designed by long time Frank Lloyd Wright secretary and apprentice, Eugene Masselink. It’s also possible the Wright himself worked on the design.

There are three versions of this art, rectangular or square for fine art and a third additional size which is rectangular, but only sold as an ACEO card format (2.5″ x 3.5″) on eBay.
